MUSEUM EXHIBITDHG Headquarters (community era) as captured 2017-12-23A preserved page, not a live site. Links work: they lead to another preserved page here, or to the same page on the Internet Archive. Styling is preserved where the original files could be saved; some images are gone for good, because the services that hosted them shut down. Forms and buttons cannot work, because the servers behind them are long gone. Spot yourself and want a page taken down? Say so in Hive Ideas and it comes down.Back to DHG Through History · this capture on the Wayback Machine
M2A DHG I have decided to leave DHG. This decision was a hard one but something that could not be avoided. My life has been changing and has turned onto another path. I am so glad I had the chance to meet a lot of you and hope maybe one day I can come back when I have more time for DHG. GOod luck guys and gals...EPIC out
I am officially back now, time to handle up on some business here and start over. New Ideas and New people hopefully, some choices are made for the better and we can keep trudging on if not then why are we here?
Ive been in DHG officially for 6 months now. I only remember that because I was given my novice award today lol. I have to say I had never even heard of DHG until Ghosts came out. I wish I had been here a hell of a lot sooner to meet a lot of you but the ones I know now I could not replace. We have been through ups and downs too many to name and glad to know there are people you can turn to when your down.
Hope all the trouble that is going around now is ended soon and we are able to keep the bonds and forge on!! Have a great Thursday it almost the freakin weekend....HOORAH!!!
Clique: "a small group of people who spend time together and who are not friendly to other people" - Merriam Webster
Some of you may have heard people recently described as such. From what I know of these people, they were a large number of people without restriction or reservation. They are gamers, like you and me. I mean, isn't that what DHG is supposed to be about???
Let me ask you, what's the most common reason people join a "clan" or "community?" I would say it is to meet new people, make friendships, and have people to play with. Don't we encourage people to spend time together? Doesn't that result in building relationships, friendship or otherwise?
How can we in good conscience discard these people so quickly and label them as evil, haters, poachers, etc? Perhaps we should take a step back and say why are they leaving? Was it something I did, or didn't do? Did I fail them as a leader?
All I know is this:
1. This is MY Xbox Live account and I pay for it.
2. Therefore, I can have whomever I want on my friend list.
3. Therefore, I can speak to whomever I want.
4. Therefore, I can play with whomever I want.
5. I chose to be in DHG and I can choose to leave.
6. I know who I am as a person and what you have to say is irrelevant to me.
7. I know many truths that I may or may not share with others and that is my prerogative.
8. If a group of people leave because of something I have done and it falls outside of the guidelines set before me...
9. If a group of people leave because of something I have not done... I have failed them as a leader.
10. Leaders lead by example, which is by doing and teaching at the same time.
11. DHG4LIFE has NOTHING to do with the former owners or current board, it has to do with all the members that are here to PLAY!
Be professional. Be respectful. DHG4LIFE. More than a clan.
This came from DHG's board members! This is the kinda leadership I would follow happily in. Its good to know some people know how to treat family, they make it like a REAL family. Thank you very much.
Hello my DHG family its Monday yes but its a start to a new week with new opportunities. I can not wait to see what happens hope all are ready for this week. Meeting all the new recruits today and getting them ready for squad work. Hope everyone has a good week and the quote of day is this...
"Don't mix between my personality and my attitude because my personality is ME and my attitude depends on YOU...."
