You know guys here is the reality to this and all future discussions about Next Generation and their illustrious Officer Corp that left overnight.
I was a DIV leader in Next Generation and let me tell you that as a DIV leader or above our FUN has ended and the real work begins…It is not for us to have fun anymore, it is our responsibility as a DIV leader to lead, direct and manage.
WHO are WE to dictate to the squads what is fun for them, who are we to dictate to anyone what is fun? As long as we are following the DHG Guide under the heading for practices and how they should be ran…what possible jurisdiction do; we as LEADERS have to dictate to anyone anything as long as they do not violate the COC.
DHG Jaybone and I lost an entire division overnight because the arrogance of 1 man and the ignorance of another about how things should be ran. As far as this goes this will be my final post here on the DHG HQ because they will not want you to see or know this information.
To Bartender, the more I have been around the more events I learn about you and I have to say not really knowing you personally what I do know I can say I am very disappointed in your behavior. Not only as a adult, but more as a human being…you lack of moral and ethical behavior is a disgrace sir.
To GOT BATS 7, Sir the one thing I would advise you sir is to be a little more opened minded about the community. As games and consoles evolve you must, to be successful, MUST evolve with them. If you choose to be closed minded in these regards you will not remain as successful as you have been in the past
NGEN was comprised of the greatest bunch of folks you’d ever meet, dedicated, supportive, organized, and disciplined…because the decisions of 2 men caused this disruption and the disbandment of an entire division overnight.
I NO longer have a family here in DHG because of the WANTS of a few seem to outweigh the WANTS of the many.
To all my friends here at DHG, it is at this time that I must leave you, work will keep me on the road most of the next few months leaving me time to fulfill my duties and maintain any rank.
This is by my choice and mine alone and I have learned a lot here with you guys, made new friends and enjoyed many of yours company. I wish you and everyone in DHG good fortunes and godspeed

We must all follow the same rules and set of standards without exception; right is right and anything else would be a double standard.
How can I as a leader in Next Generation on the XB1 expect anyone to follow my leadership if I follow a different set of rules or standards.
By the Code of Conduct and the DHG Guide anything less is Unbecoming an Officer and any different is a Tyrant or Dictatorship.
One set of rules and guidelines for all to follow and same punishments for those who violate regardless of rank or position in the Community. If those in the community do not do take an Honorable course of action when in violation then HOW do you expect anyone to RESPECT you or better yet TRUST you.
