Hey all! I'm sad to announce that today will be my last day in Die Hard Gamers. In August I am moving to start training at the Jesuit Novitiate of the Midwest Province of the Society of Jesus. In short, I'm entering seminary training for a Religious order. It has been a pleasure getting to know all of you, and I will miss you all greatly. It was a privilege and honor to be a Blue Suit for Defiant, and I wish all the best for everyone in Hell Fire and in DHG as a whole.

I get this question at least once every couple of weeks; Does it bother me that some of my superiors are teens and younger than me? No. I'm 23, I have a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Business Management, and I'm a Jr. Sous Chef at my restaurant. I think it's great that we have leaders in this community that ARE teens. It gives them something to be responsible for and accountable to. When I entered high school 9 years ago (good Lord), I joined the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps and honestly, that's where I learned some of the best lessons in those four years. It taught me how to be a good follower, and then how to be a good leader, and I feel this community does the same thing. Sure, we have some immature people here, but that's everywhere. For the most part, I think we have some great leaders in this community, and yes, I'm pretty certain the majority of them are teens. Keep up the great work you guys, you gotta learn leadership somewhere and this is as good a place as any.
I became a Redsuit when I was 17 so I was a teenage leader once. Alot of people looked up to me despite my age, you can be great leader even if you're young.
Oh I know. At 16 I was the Financial Officer for the San Diego Joint JROTC Brigade, in charge of the finances of all 12 high school units. I just find it a bit amusing when I get asked that and it's usually only by younger members
