What makes a good leader? I've always have wonder that, then I realized what it takes. Being a leader is more then making people do work, it's more then watching. Being a leader especially a good leader takes sacrifice and being able to make the "tough decision". When I talk about "tough decision" I mean the decision that can make you hated but it's for the better of the cause. "Tough decision" can make or break a leader, if you cannot make these then you are not cut out to be a leader. It's easy to be a leader but it is very difficult to be a good leader. If people like you they will support your choice on a decision.
I've been in DHG for over a year and have made many "tough choices" I've been hated for some but I've always have had respect. I have learned you need to listen to the people and you will be a good leader.
So what makes a good leader is really a simple question; you are willing to listen to the people and make sacrifices. Remember you will have many "tough choice" but there is always someone to give you advice.
Its been almost one year since i joined DHG, its been so fun and i wouldn't change it at all, i just made JCD and i am looking towards my next adventure, HellFire is my home ill be there till thee end. #DHG4Life
