Finally got me a new job... Been working my ass off this past 4 days, getting up before the sun even begins to peek out. I wonder... Well better to not wonder then it makes everything disappointing if it doesn't go that way. Better to ask the Great Spirit for guidance and strength to get through it.
For those of y'all that have decided to stay my friend on here and on xbox... Whether it be for nefarious reasons or for genuine ones... I applaud ur nerve to be here. Thank you for being true (not the snakes) and not condescending. Even tho I have expressed my respect for dhg. I have seen first hand just how "respectful" the rest of dhg is. I really tried my best and all I get was backlash of a forked tongue. Friends in my face but complete backstabbers when I'm not there. I know I wasn't liked by many but I didn't know I was despised by all. What a great community of people... At least I wasn't a fake person. What u see was what u get...
I love it... People r so obsessed with me that they start rumors about me. I just heard a New one a few nights ago... Apparently I had DHG Spartacus court martialed. Kinda funny considering I don't know his real name, real rank, real location, his commanding officer, actual age, and don't believe anything he says... But yet somehow I got him in trouble. Let me inform yall about little stuff like that... 1.) he would not have any access to anything online or social media wise during the investigations, 2.) I would have been pulled into the investigations as a witness (yet here I sit in Texas still trying to make ends meet) and 3.) I don't have the connections or strings to pull to get something done like that since I am a civilian. Nor do I even care to. So next time y'all talk to the liar about how I "got him court martialed" tell him I feel sorry for him...
Ok I have a bone to pick with some fake a$$, ignorant people. 1 I do not poach, 2 out COC has a zero tolerance of poachers (meaning if caught ur out), 3 I respect DHG and just cuz I don't want to be in DHG anymore doesn't mean that I've got something against them. So, if u would plz STOP SPREADING RUMORS!!!
It's been a good almost 2 years here but I don't have anymore fun. I haven't since I became a red suit. I didn't join to manage people, I joined cuz I wanted to have fun with friends. I learned a lot here and I hope everyone can get something out of this experience of ours...
I feel you there. Go back to basics. Remember what it was like BEFORE you were a div leader? Find that again. If the problem is being a leader and managing people then maybe step down to a lower rank. Just giving a little advice as i went thru that as well.
Thank you for the advice but I just don't want to be in DHG anymore... I never wanted to be a red suit at all... I was fine with being a gen. That was the time I had the most fun. I will miss y'all But I'm moving on
Here are some very informational words said by DHG Snake Doc... I don't know how to share his posts so all I did was copy and paste. I hope this will clarify and inform many people on the misunderstandings of some of the COC
M2ADHG: Hello, my name is DHG Snake Doc and I'm hoping that you'll lend me an ear for a moment so that I may share some news that may be relevant to your career/job in DHG. Myself and a bunch of other people including black suits and red suits, have been working hard on applications so that the members in this fine community may enjoy themselves as well as enjoy the benefits of being in a clan. Now there have been a few issues that have been brought up, and I'm here to help you guys understand our current situation. First let's start with applications. Now everyone should now that until you're accepted into the website, you're not an official member. So your day 1 starts when your application is reviewed and accepted. Now I've noticed that many applications have been done the wrong way, and that affects the way that your application will be seen. It also makes a person take a longer time looking for this new recruit, rather than spending his or her time on the other apps. Now this is one of those problems that could be solved by having the recruiter help the new recruit with his or her application, as well as explaining the rules of this community. That will not only help the new recruit understand what we're about, but it will help the recruiter in the long run as well as make recruiting a breeze. So make sure that next time that you take a few minutes to help people sign up on the site. The other issue has to do with everyone's favorite subject, awards and badges. Now for some reason there is this notion that the awards and badges are not being given out because they do not want to do it. Now let me say that this is just wrong. First you must understand a few things about being responsible then you'll understand how stuff actually works. Now there have been quite a few people who have submitted a request for their awards and badges that didn't make any sense. For example a new recruit should not be asking for any rank badge, as well as an award for being in DHG for a certain amount of time. However for some reason there are a lot of request that have been like this, were people asked for multiple awards that didn't fit the profile, and that makes our job a little difficult to do. Another thing that you guys need to understand is that not all of the awards are finished or available yet. Like the awards for having 75 or 100 recruits, the award for being in DHG for 5 years, and so forth. So if you get your awards but find that some are either missing or were not given to you then please be patient and understanding. If necessary I'll message you individually about the awards that you asked for but didn't get. Finally people need to understand that the people doing these things are humans not bots, so they are not always available to do these things, but when they get on they will deal with it. So in conclusion I ask that people hold on to themselves and find it in their heads to be patient and hang in there. Sincerely yours, DHG Snake Doc.
Now for the COC part...
Members who provoke, instigate, urge, or incite other members to some action or course which leads to a violation of the Code of Conduct, or causes any other inappropriate behavior, will be treated as if they had committed the act themselves. This includes members who repeatedly cause unnecessary "drama” or take actions which provoke, instigate, urge, or incite other members to some action or course which causes "drama.” Well this one is self explanatory, it basically says that if you are involved somehow in a violation of our C.O.C, then you are in danger of facing the same punishment as the person or group of people who broke it in the first place. So for example, let's say that a Vice President under me gets into a scuffle with another member from a different division. Some words are exchanged and it turns out that they behaved like children. So it gets brought up to me, and instead of handling it like I'm supposed to I tell the vp that he needs to go to the other division and tell them off. That right there is a huge violation of the C.O.C First off if there is ever a problem, it needs to be brought up your chain of command. Not down, not sideways, nor to another division. You need to let your higher ups know that a problem has occurred so that they can handle it. You shouldn't try to do something yourself that you aren't supposed to do. Also not everyone is perfect, so if you one day break the C.O.C and it isn't a kick out, then you shouldn't kick yourself about it. Now I'm not saying that someone who cusses in practices is better than someone who send me nudes, but you should know when you made a mistake and own up for it. If you or anyone interferes with an investigation against a member who broke the C.O.C because either you were involved, or they're your friend, or bf, or gf, or whatever then there is a good chance that you will be handed the same punishment as the person who did it. Also if you have any info regarding the investigation then I urge you to message the person doing the investigation, don't message your friends, or start telling other people, or worse yet try to solve it yourself. Because that could be taken as interfering with the investigation and you could be punished for doing the right thing incorrectly. Anyway please follow the C.O.C fully and make sure that you follow your chain of command as well. You know I was going through the notifications and saw that someone posted a 'mini rant' about how the C.O.C is sometimes not read properly and that there is more there than just words. You should go check it out. Anyway that got me thinking that there are many rules in our lovely coc that not many people get or understand, much less follow. Like my favorite 9. All members are accountable for themselves and their actions. Leaders within DHG are NOT responsible for members who break rules. Violating members will be judged by the higher ranks up through DHG Management. This is one of the few rules that I don't think many people understand, much less know. So allow me to help you understand. When it states that every member is accountable for their actions, well it means that you are in charge of what happens with yourself. If you are having problems with your higher ups because they are inactive or they are too busy too attend to you or they have stuff going in their lives and are unable to get on as much, well that's not your concern. For example there have been many complaints about Bats, Bartender, Supes, and myself, mostly having to due with our inactivity and such. Well I can tell you that Bats have a lot of stuff to take care of at home, bartender works a lot, supes has college, and I've been to the dentist for every wee for the last 2 months. So we are not able to be on all day every day. So if we're unable to get on then that shouldn't stop you from doing your job. Well Snake how can we do our job when our higher ups aren't on, oh Snake I can't blame my guys for being inactive when you guys aren't active yourself. Well left me say that first off all that's stupid. If you say that you're unable to do your job because I'm busy with stuff then you shouldn't be a leader in the first place. I mean what's the point of having leaders if they can't handle things by themselves, that's why you're there in the first place. So stop spending time looking into your higher ups and start doing your jobs. And the second one is just like ( facepalm) if that's what your going to say when your guys are not doing their jobs then all of you need to get demoted because you're not doing your job as well. So let this be a reminder that next time you decide not to do your job because of someone else, you might just want to demote yourself and save your higher up the trouble. I am extremely bored and these courses are putting me to sleep... I need to be home riding my horses down the fence line looking for breaks. But no I am here stuck on a computer learning things that I already know... ugghh!!!
