Crazy Crazy why r we losing so many in USP. Howl r clan can go from 3 wins in PLAT send in r DIMOND invite and get demoted to SILVER...... and we can get this fixed CRAZY CRAZY lost a lot of good guy over this.

As I DHGDeathGooN Took Officer Ship Inside DHG. I have came along way... from Reading DHG JAYBONES post. and having Friends to mentor me like DHG Bayne, DHG Tetranome, DHG TMAC, DHGKarrotz, DHG Unibomber. I have learned with these friends and in USP Div. To work hard always Prays in Public. Pun in Private.
Find what Drives the guy in ur squad. some its G.B. some its Clan Warz. Some its Recruiting MOST its Promotions. So I feel to gain a promo we as DHG should use this Stuff to Help Spread the Work. This can help build DHG but only if everyone is on same page C.O. Prez v.p. JCD and Gen. I am not saying by any means hold promos. cause I feel if ur a hard worker u should get it. Also I seen people bust there Butt to get RANK once they got there the WORK STOPES. and we all know its hard to DEMOTE someone once they go into MIN MODE only showing up 2 practices a week BOG meetings and messaging 10 day Leaves once a month. (MIN MODE). So as GEN u have to SPOT great Leadership in Officers and work ethic. and find someone that can juggle Gaming and Life. I some day have my plate Full with this. Also gaming/life But I love it. I am just trying to have fun playing and meet great people if I help one person in DHG/Life. Or they HELP ME witch I have learned so much inside DHG that's helped me in life and WORK -Family. sorry 4 the bad english. it was my 1v1 i set up all week and smoked DHGTURMOIL 1 match. only to lose it here my 2nd match.... handed it over to DHG TETRANOME. but he is my boy I just THANK him for RECing me into the DHG family years ago In FATAL black opps2. then ARSENAL where i v learned so much.. to NOW sit as a MAJ with on day maybe running a SQUAD. its alot of work but worth it....
