Now i can come up with lists and lists on what i think/feel a real community family should be but i bet alot of people would disagree because im HADEZZ DUH!!! And plus today is not about my thought its about your i want my enjin readers from all over to see what other people think/feel about this Topic i want too hear 4 my self as well what you guys think..any and everbody is welcome 2 speak there mind soo COMMENT AWAY!!! Inclosing w/ Family is a rare thing to come by soo if you feel you got it do ever thing in your FLIPPIN-POWER to keep it cause once its gone and you start walking that lonely path it wont be fun Trust Me....
Report Topic is Questions.... Should a question always follow up with an answer?? I believe so if you in a community clan your going to always get questions asked too you...so why not just answer them if its clear the person asking a question doesnt know the answer why not help them out be a tempt guide 4 them....there a big different between asking a question and breaking chain of command (C.O.C) and if you are a real strong person and want to see your community succeed you would always have an open door rule cause its just the way the things roll dont expect to have a community full of people and not get asked questions...its the proceess of being teached to be able to teach never let the recive and give proceess fall by the waste side cause you just dont want to speak to that person or you feel you have bigger and better things to do...A question should always come with an answer just like peanut butter should always be top off with jelly and same goes 4 kool-aid and suagar

Report Topic is trust....Trust is hard to come by espeically when your trynna gain it back.... iv seen many community rise any many fall because of trust see trust plays a huge role in a gaming community from the owner all the way down to your very last pvt. but its trust ! in your community and you and your community will grow to its max and thats all around not just when it comes to your officer or who has more number nooo... its the trust you have or the trust you`ve gain 4 your officer and its the trust in your member to bring more members 2 grow your numbers... see trust is key too many door and with more doors being open the growth of chances and possiblities go up!! its just like a realationship in real life if you dont your partner there is no way n hell it self *my brith place of home..* you will succeed and grow if you dont have trust...you need to find ways too get inside that circle or create it because after all you can hate all you want on some one or something but TRUST me it wont matter cause trust builds self esteam, self control, and confidence and if you take a good hard look at the best gaming communities out there what do they have or what are they working on that would make them better than the rest ???
Report Topic is change. Changes… a lot of us don’t like change but change is a part of life. Either you change or you will be force to change. And the older you get or the longer you be here in MDG. You will see the change. I see MDG change several times. And for me to the better. Some Division have the Division in a family oriented and some have there Division in a military Division. And here in HELLFIRE we try to combine it and yet keep it competitive. I never want to hear what do we practice for.
Years ago that was something that hit home to me. I join mdg for two reason. One because back in Call of Duty 2 was the first original game. There was this thing called Elite. And in Elite when you do something or reach a certain level you get emblems and titles and you can only get that if you in a clan or play in a group. So my now mentor. Ask me to join I look at his emblem and title he had a fighting badger emblem and the title MDG4LIFE on it. And I said what does MDG means. He said Modern Day Gaming. And I said that me. I'm a Modern Day Gamer even before I join the clan I just didn't have the title and now I do. Second reason I want to compete against different clan and I want to learn how to be a better player. I became a better player and occasionally we competed. So we here in hell-fire thing changes hopefully to the better us and they always do.
I pick change because as squad leaders we want to look for guys that are true to the word of Modern Day Gamers and we want them to be here and lead the squad or Division and we think we ALWAYS FIND THAT GUY!. And poof they end up learning everything there is and just decide to leave or create they're own clan and whatever, and we legendary guys that are true are here to mop up the blood sweat and tears that they left behind and we start all over why and how do i know this because i play both roles it life people make mistake and other clean them up so yes indeed thing change and i have as well ...

if you have a problem with someone come to them 1 on 1 and address that and if that doesnt work then call in help its not hard at all were all family here we should show that RESPECT 2 each other through and through
