When I left DHG as (DHG SABRE) I started my own clan, I left and I was managing over 120 people who all had there individual ideas, requests and demands, I started spreadsheets to calculate and keep attendance of my people/ practices, I left DHG complaining about the work I had to do... Only till I left DHG I realised it is much harder and more pressure being a GEN, JCD,CD AND PREZ Because they see the bigger picture, There here to manage and keep control, Now i realise, Hosting, Co hosting, Recruiting is easy tasks, Moral show respect to the higher positions who maintain your DIVISION
Im not stressed about the COC Warning, It's just I never haver replies of my GEN/ COM in SAFFRON, That's my issue , also WED, THUR and Today I was the ONLY one in SAFFRON practices! I just want the squad to play together. ... But this has all been explained before, Mario your doing an amazing job as our Prez, I just need help from time to time in SAFFRON, I get no replies of my superiors except , wolverine or yourself, always been that way , I just go got used to it, I apologise
