I regretfully can't make it to practice tonight I got called into work but I will be online when I get home. Sorry big capt cuz I feel like I'm letting you guys down especially after you guys promoted me. Again I apologize. I can't wait til my schedule stops being all over the place. CFG ride or die I'm in for the long haul
Oh yea the weekend is here. At least for me it is and not a second to soon. Wow what a week and I'm afraid it's not going to stop this weekend. Oh well that is life.
Great officer meeting last night specter. I did a little digging into some of our members inside and outside of that meeting and I have to say I didn't like what I was hearing. Those gamers were being honest but it saddened me to hear it. Across the board I heard we are stagnant. I hate that more than any of you know but I'm thankful that we got gamers that will man up and put on their big boy panties and say what they feel in a respectful way. I give yaw a big old hell yeah.
I tried to play it down with the "starting back to school speech" and yes I do believe that is part of the issue; however, that doesn't mean we can't do our part to fix the problem. Look we have two options we can sit on our hands and hope this is self correcting or we can pull our boots up and push on. Since I hate stagnant and it sounded as if you do too lets do something about it.
So lets see if you all are committed to fixing this problem as I am. September the 1'st through September 6th I will be asking you to do something some of you may have never done. From my officers and non officers alike I will be asking you to give me your best and for at least that one week as many of you in practice as possible and as many days as possible.
From now until I release our mission plans I want to challenge you to think about if you are going to sit on your hands or do your part and pull your boots up by their straps. I'm not going to ask you to put CFG in front of your current commitments but I will ask you how committed are you to this community.

I have to tell you if you want to learn patient try coaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders how to play football. WOW! and I thought some of you had short attention spans but they had fun and so did I. Much like CFG.
Every body is running here there to and fro. We all got stuff going on right now. CFG Mountaineer is working doubles, CFG Countryboy and CFG xNOBAMAx football practice and Countryboy's knee injury, CFGxInhumanity and CFG Ace7Suited busy work schedule, and CFG Chris 232 promotion at work; hell we all got something going on. But you know that is what CFG is about.....Community. Our community is busy but guys and gals we are going to be here for you when we all settle down.
Mean while everyone else is going to have to pick up the slack. We will continue to push forward growing and having fun.

CFG this week we introduced the OIC into our practice lobbies. Which apparently it is more needed than I anticipated.
We had a few issues in practice with folks team killing and not muting their mics while in the practice lobby. Many of the members who were identified as suffering from diarrhea of the mouth and purposely team killing were coached on what is exceptable and what is not going to be tolerated. Again in practice two days later we had issues with other members who were suffering from the same diarrhea of the mouth. I had to stop practice and coach the whole practice lobby. I'm not sure if its cancer or an isolated event but lets fix it now.
I apologize to those of you who follow COC and had to hear me preach. Your practice was interrupted due to their disease of the mouth. I will make you a promise that this type of behavior will NOT be tolerated in CFG. Folks we are all apart of one clan.....one team....ONE COMMUNITY!
Folks let me introduce you to one of my old Fire Captain sayings. You ready for it? Ok here it is, " RETRAIN......RETRAIN........REPLACE!" That means I'm going to coach you twice and if you still mess up then I'm going to replace you.
What does that mean to you..... Everyone I am training you now! You are being coached as you read this that the Code of Conduct clearly states NO RAGING, NO DISRESPECTING OTHER MEMBERS, and NO TEAM KILLING FOR PERSONNEL GAIN! If it occurs again the OIC of the lobby will ask you to leave practice and you will not return or perform in any CFG activity for one week. If it occurs again or if you refuse to leave the lobby you will be removed from CFG and you will be kicked from the lobby. No matter your rank, GB status, Host, Co-Host, or time in this clan. This type of actions will not be allowed.
OIC I expect you to fulfill this action if it occurs even if it is a higher rank. I will back you 100%. You are the OFFICER IN CHARGE of the lobby.
Officers spam out over XBOX live! Lets get er done CFG. Lets fix this!
That's what community are suppose to be about. We all have each others backs for the better of the community. Take care of the wifey this will be here when everything settles own.
Last night many members got on late so CFG Fullmetal made the call at the beginning of practice to do pub lobbies. Many members commented that they wish we did this more often. I like the idea and if enough of you want to do it and reply to this message we will incorporate it into future practice schedules. The only thing I would like to incorporate into the pub night is after each game mode some one drops out of the lobby and sends a recruit message and wait for return messages from that lobby while the rest of the team plays another game. If no one messages you back then you jump back in the lobby. Play for 45 minutes and go back to the custom game lobby and take attendance before playing a fun game and ending practice. So again if this is something we would like to do like this message. If you would not like to do it comment. If you are indifferent don't do anything. I will give it until Saturday before I make a decision.
