I am more of a listener than a talker, most of the time my wife is sleeping and I am told not to talk, because I disturb her sleep. Fortunately practice is usually while she is awake and she is not pounding on the wall trying to shut me up. I do disturb her every once in a while with some excited callouts, oh well. I was a teacher for 15 years, ages 3-12 years of age and worked at local long term health care facilities and a Hospital for about 8 years. I am more of a strategist and problem solver, but for the last 3 years I have had some health issues and just trying to take care of myself. It is always nice to get online with Gaming Friends and focus on others to get my mind off of my own problems. I enjoy meeting new people, but especially just hearing from people who are full of cheer. I prefer playing with people who are mature, and hopefully our paths will cross. I appreciate the time I have played with RMAC and friends like him, and hopefully you do to. DHG RichOrPo700

BULLS LOVE RED!!!
It seems like I have been using the colour RED in the forums lately... Now this isnt a good thing, maybe I'm becoming too hard on you guys?
Wait no, maybe you guys are Slacking!!! Jesus Murphy Badger is almost back and we need to be in TOP SHAPE!!! I know we have been doing well on posting and our AARs have been MUCH better!! But there is still a small respect issue and following what you're told to do.
So tomorrow, being Sunday, you all have the day off, and I want you all (I mean ALL PVTs-GEN) to think about these things:
1: What are your roles in DHG?
2: What do you do for DHG?
3: Are you doing what it takes to be at the role you are at?
4: Are you enjoying yourself in DHG?
5: Are you wanting to move up and take a bigger role?
I also want you to think about all the positives you've brought into DHG, whether thats recruits or updating docs, or keeping people happy. Leave a comment on here on what you guys think of yourselves, and or myself included. I will add my answers here:
As a Clan Director, with no JCD nor VP, I am overlooking all 4 squads inside New Life. I am in charge of keeping them in the loop and interacting with one-another and outside of New Life. I make sure everyone is happy and everyone is getting along and the Gens are making sure their squads do as they are asked. I feel that even though I am unable to attend the majority of practices I do like to believe I can connect with my people as often as I can and I am able to solve issues before they are sent to Tyrant. Since I joined DHG I have loved every minute of it, I take pride in making other people enjoy themselves and solving issues as they come up. And for that reason, and others, I would love to move up within DHG, I am working towards that as it takes time and Training to do so!
So that is what I think and how I would answer those questions, Please do comment about yourself and what you thing I would love to hear, especially if your in New Life, but even if you're not I'd love to hear!

NOT EVEN HEART SURGERY CAN BRING BADGER DOWN!!!
Okay everyone Badger has pulled through surgery and even has some humour left in him to plank in his hospital bed! Lets keep with the BAGR clan tags until he returns on saturday!
As for today, I see COMM Hubs are 100% set up, so, lets use em! Get the CPTs to get with their Hub and start working with them. It should be interesting to see what comes of all this!
Also, once again, it is FUN FRIDAY! And yes today actually IS Friday!! So lets have some fun game modes in the lobbies, but remember respect!
Now on another note, everyone should prepare for a couple of big changes to be coming up pretty soon within New Life, Make sure you all are doing your jobs and doing whats asked of you cause you might not know whats coming!
So today's post is going to be a bit of a shorter one, I want to see what our Gens and officers can do without a whole lot of instruction today, so go get em tigers!

ITS FRIDAY!!! Oh wait no its not.....
Well everyone, I'm sure you've all had those mornings where you wake up all excited and thrilled that its the last day of the week... just to find out its not. So you all know how I'm feeling at this moment eh?
So seeing as how it is NOT Friday, its not fun day, so today the big topic is RESPECT. You all should know now how the best way to handle disrespect is, you have the position and the ability to deal with it before it gets bad so do it! Just like Nike says "Just Do It"
Reminds me of Starsky and Hutch all up in here saying that.
Anyways back on topic, practices are going great and I'm seeing excellent AARs I am one happy CD! So that little respect issue needs to be dealt with ASAP!
So I am going back to school again today to learn more about Muscles, and such so if anyone has any questions (Arniie you can't ask cause you're a smart-ass) feel free to quiz me!

actually I DID message him on here and asked him what I could do to help and he said he had no clue what I was talking about so I went back and told Tyrant about it the day of the meeting and Tyrant seemed like he got pissed that I said something to BabyJesus cause Tyrant said that he said he would talk to him about it.

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?
So there seems to be a common trend in New Life these days.... Either people are too nervous to move up to a divisional leader, or they just straight out dont want to.
LETS CHANGE THAT EH?! This weekend, gens, whether you like it or not I will be training you for JCD, if at that point you still with to not fulfill the role, we will have to make other arrangements, maybe have someone who does want to move up run the Gen tag until they get trained to. We need divisional Leaders and we will get them, even if we have to bring one in from outside again!
Now on a side note, we are all a family people! If you are wanting more work than your rank allows, there are other options! Join BabyJesus on the Media Team doing YouTube, Facebook, and other stuff that all of DHG can see, but remember complaining about little issues is not a good leader quality.
But anyways now onto what I need! I NEED MORE FRIENDS PEOPLE!!! When I look at my friends list, under 1/4 are from New Life. WHATS WITH THAT? New Life doesn't even like me eh? Lets get me some New Lifers on my friends list! Tell them to add me up and they can see these posts too! Go get em Tigers/ets

WHAT IS GOING ON!?!
Morning all you New Lifers and DHGers alike!
I am still awaiting information on how Badger is doing so we will continue to pray for his well-being and quick recovery. I know he will get back to us as soon as he can!
So New Life, here is the structure by rank for this week:
Gens: Focus on your Gen tag, keep its bio up to date and keep an eye out for any possible Division Leaders to be. Drive your squads and make sure they follow what is below!
Coms: Work closely with the Gen to see what it takes to be one, if they aren't wanting to move up and you are we might have to do a mutual switch
Maj: Make sure your squads know what is expected during practices and what to post on here.
CPTs: Captains you have the most important tasks, you all have to inspire people to get on here, on the website and onto my wall. We need to have more activity on these forums and it lacking!
LTs: Keep sending out messages and most importantly get with people on the Gen Tag that have closed off mottos and Bios.
If any rank is not doing what is needed of them they will be asked to step down in place of someone who is able to do the work that is asked of them, plain and simple.
So lets go get them this week and strive for performance!

"Master Yoda" as I call him. He is a hard-ass, no BS kind of guy. He is an elder of our Family and he is the teacher to our classes. Some of yo may not have met him yet and some quite frankly might not like him. BUT we are all a family, and when 1 man or woman goes down, we all pitch in to bring them back up! Lets show him we are at his side through his surgery and we will take care of him through prayers! Put messages on his wall and let him feel the love!
New Life, tomorrow as a tribute to Badger I want you all to end practice a little early and play some good old ZOMBIES BADGER STYLE!! This mean shoot em in da FACE! So I repeat, Zombies at 6:45 PST 9:45 EST!
Also, I have been given clearance to have you all wear "BAGR" in your clan tags instead of your rank until Badger is back to full health!

HOW MANY ESSAYS WILL I READ TODAY!?
Okay guys as I stated yesterday, any practice attendance post with less than 3 quality sentences will see the highest ranking officer in that practice writing me a 30 sentence ESSAY.
I am not doing this to be a dick, I am doing this because since monday, out of 16 posts 3 have included significant AARs. Yes thats it. 3
Personally I don't feel like it is a hard task to tell a Co-Host "Make sure you add a lot of notes", hell just throw something together that happened in practice eh?
On another note, I know its only been a day, and I am not going to harp on this one but messages for the most part still haven't come around. I will be giving a little more time to get that going guys.
Also, I am seeing more messages about tournaments which is a good thing! I like to see it guys great job!!
ALSO! GREAT JOB ON THE MOTTOS AND BIOS!!! I know you all aren't quite done but I am seeing some GREAT work! I am starting to smell the stench of you all working so hard so keep it up and get it done eh?

Since Monday I have been telling everybody that AARs need to be longer, Tomorrow night its either they are 3+ sentences long or the highest officer in that practice will owe me an ESSAY. No this isn't an empty threat how hard is it to do 3 quality Sentences! Make sure the co-hosts know what needs to be done! BOOM Dropping the bomb guys!

I'M STILL SMELLING THE ROSES PEOPLE....
I see we have made some progress in the way of getting our Motto's and Bio's opened and fixed, BUT, it has been limited in the most case. I wanna smell the sweat again people! I know we have the capability to get this done and I know that we can do this easily!
Don't forget guys its part of the TOP SQUAD determination so unless we start fixing that I don't know if any of New Life will win it!
So with that said, Infinite is leading the Messages front, their officers are excelling in the messages they send out everyday! So other squads clean out your officer cores as you see fit!
Also I still haven't seen many messages other than from the Gen Tag about the Poker Tourney and the 3v3 tourney!
Buzz, Myself, and Cowboy Chad are competing in the 3v3 to kick your asses! You can try to beat us but good luck it hasn't happened yet.
So what's the plan for today you ask? Motto's, Bio's and Messages! Lets do those 3 things focused today! Go get em tigers!

Oh and Cowboy Chad said that he would like to join our 3v3 team. The date is Febuary 16th I believe, we probably will have to rust off the day before the tournament. I could use 4000 MSP all sorts of non-productive ways. Later CD.

LOOKIN LIKE A BUNCH OF SLOPPY JOES!!!
Everybody should live by the saying "check yourself before you wreck yourself" Its a great way to live and you would get hurt!
We must also do this in New Life, Gens, get with your officers and check the Gen tags to fix any incorrect or closed profiles, send those people messages and invites to help them out!
If any person does not message back after 3 attempts to help them, you are free to remove them from the tag, send them a message saying they were removed also.
Now there are many cases where a person cannot open their profile for whatever reason, all that needs to be done there is they need to be written down so if we or yourself gets asked then we have a reason!
So clean clean clean guys! Also anybody offline for over 10 days without notice should be replaced by a more active person so send them a message and remove them also!
On another note, there are TONS of fun things going on in DHG in the upcoming weeks, Gens and anyone for that matter can send out messages regarding these whenever they see fit! Check the details and tell your people these are going to be a ton of fun!
