Got a few questions sent my way about something i derped and didnt make fully clear! my apologies. its not manditory to introduce each and every member when recruiting. i know some have the style to make everyone feel weclome and they introduce per member! you can do this if you wish if maybe recruiting is abit slow at the moment. get a little mingle going on to pass time.
and when recruiting we wish for all to aid both divitions but where i am mainly a ghost man i would be hitting the ghost lobbies.
the thought of hoping as many as possible would aid everyone is strickly under the purposes of the squad i reside in ascent. we could use help. apex last i heard the same. doom and apache aswell. some sister squads need a few more heros. so just cause you dont reside with us doesnt mean you cant be the batman to our gotham! (har har har i made a funny!!!)
but to the update point only thing truely manditory is someone who is organizing and running this tournie has a message containing you have got a member ( example : hey this is MDG sooulkeeper i recruited derpyderpderp can you update my head count? thanks!! )
just do what is best for you just make sure we at least fully know your numbers need updating

current set rules:
When recruiting all recruiters aid all of paragon and hellfire (due to many squads are in the need of there saviors in numbers so be there hero!)
Tournie will be over the course of 5 days.
Monday - Friday.
All numbers of each member will be tallied by the tournie staff running it over the weekend and winner announced the following monday!
Prize one: 2800 microsoft points.
Prize two: 1400 microsoft points.
Prize three: 800 microsoft points.
When recruiting all new members must be introduced to one of the tournie staff
(this way we can keep track and say hello! also must have a message sent to one of the staff members offline or online to keep overalll tally. when messaging the message must contain the name of the person aswell. so there are no confusion when the numbers are tallied.)
(also to prevent any unfair ways like double gamertags (fake ones) )
we hope everyone least sends one or two to every squad as we have 4 squads low like stated in first rule. but also provides socializing with members outside of your squad!
This rule is not manditory but strongly advised. captain team leaders take your teams out and show them the ropes on how to use good methods to bring in new people to the family. this provides the perfect leadership under the belt you will require higher up in ranks!!
Cougar and myself ( the friendly neighborhood ginger ) will be holding days to teach anyone who needs refreshers or how to be taught on how to recruit.
the rest of feb will be used to make everyone a GOTM level recruiter!

Great first week back in MDG, this squad is going great and I'm looking forward to an excellent future here in APEX. We had our first practice last night, which me being an idiot I need up falling asleep and missing it, and I heard we had some technical difficulties getting the practice going but it got there eventually, and we're going to take another crack at a practice lobby, if there's people in other squads that aren't having a practice tonight we'll gladly accommodate you as long as there is room.
