Lichcraft Factions is down due to converting player data to 1.7.9/1.8 UUID support. Next on the list is Survival.
Big update for creative and SG soon, this should also fix the rank issues on creative1/2, Factions and Survival.
You may experience big spikes on Skyblock1 and Skygrid occasionally.

Update: Survival and Factions will reset shortly after an official 1.7.2+ dev build is released on bukkit.org.
Within the next few days, Lichcraft Skyblock 1 and Skygrid will have a reset. Also, after the 1.7 minecraft release, Factions/Survival will be reset.
