Make sure they get invites to practice! When a new recruit comes to practice try to see what they would see as their first time meeting the squad. Try to keep the mood light, and ad long as everyone in the lobby has a positive attitude it should be a good experience. After that, don't be shy! Invite the new members out to recruit with you, or to just play for some fun after practice for a bit. Being a part of DHG is just being here and hanging out
