Here is my entry for Joseph Jeff the Magnificent's backstory!
Joseph Jeff the Magnificent is well, magnificent. Not much else to say for that. When he founded the Magical Circus in 1857, he had one goal. One priority above all others. That was the ability to entertain others. Make them smile with true happiness glistening in their eyes, fill their voices with laughter, and bring people closer. Friends, enemies, families, his own family as well, his circus family. As a child, Joseph Jeff had been what some would call, odd. But, this all is just perspective, for Joseph Jeff is one of the most wonderful, and delightful people you will ever meet in your lifetime. Without much friends, he found his passion in making others happy. Fueled on the belief and pride that no one should feel as he did.
After Joseph Jeff founded the Circus, he recruited and hired many performers. Some of which, were maybe even as magical as the Circus itself. There were fire-breathers, animal tamers, and people that were animals themselves. Joseph Jeff the Magnificent had people who were like him, his friends, his family.
Years at the Circus go by, and the general population had slowly begin to dislike circuses. It was becoming difficult to sell shows. Joseph Jeff did however welcome more and more people into his family, as the Circus was their home. One show, years ago, a child, a kind and delightful child, was at the Circus. After the show during a break, he came up to Joseph Jeff, and hugged him. Shocked that someone he didn't know was showing him kindness such as this, Joseph Jeff slowly hugged him back, and smiled. It was then, Joseph Jeff realized that, he could make people smile. Children loved his show, and also, that most of the people watching, were families with kids. Then he came up with a brilliant idea.
Joseph Jeff's idea, was that he and his Magical Circus could do shows, specifically for kids. Make them laugh, smile. Go to schools and do shows, it was then he thought he could do a show for the Magical Wizarding school in the New World, Ilvermorny.
