Ok, So I Got asked Early in the Day how to be a Good GEN. Which Made me Find my Notes on my Computer and this is what I Found Exactly when I was Taught by Mr. Badger when I Got Gamer of the Month for my Division. This will HELP!
How to be Become a Successful GEN!
Reports are due every Monday Morning!
Reports include counts on the gen tag, - the 5 higher ups. How many people have DHG in their name not including the higher ups. Put all promotions with their Rank that will be Given. Officer core must need two weeks in order to be moved up. MSGT must have 5 recruits before becoming a LT and Name Change! Being a CPT you need 10 Recruits!
If you remove someone jot it down and the reason why, if they have DHG in their name you must get approval from your Commanding Officer. Before removing from gen tag you must send a message to those who haven’t been online and give them time to Respond.
Always Clean the Gen Tag !!! Spam ALL MESSAGES SENT BY BADGER and any Senior Officer’s which includes JCD+
Two messages a day to the Gen Tag and talk about certain events, News, Announcements etc…
~ 1 Informational Message, 1 Motivational Message will Do Perfectly!
Side Notes:
• If you’re not going to be available for officer meetings you must get someone to take your place like Commander or Major.
• One Main Thing In Maintaining a Squad is to Never Give up as a Leader, Your Strength Fuels your Squad and By Showing Great Leadership you Shall Have yourself a Superb Squad!

One thing that is Normally Asked that Makes me Smile, Here is the Question: "How do I Become a Perfect Officer?" GettoBird: Its Quite Simple If you Follow these Key Elements Such as Being Active, Getting a Couple Recruits, Coming to Practices 2-3 times/per week, Following up with training schedules with new members, and Making Sure that you Show yourself to be a Good Role Model! All this Helps to Better your Future in DHG if you want to Progress further Along. Always Try to Reach for the Sky and Hey, you never know when you will Finally Get there! DHG4LIFE!

Just to Inform Everyone: I was in a Motor Vehicle Accident Last Saturday and it was Very Serious. A woman Decided to Hit the End of my Trick from the Left Rear Causing me to Flip over Twice. I Ended up in the Hospital and now Practically Living off Pain Medication and Narcotics. Everything is Ok but, My Back is Problably Going to Take a Toll in my Near Future. Once Im Fully Recovered ill Be back and Ready to Start Representing DHG. Love all You Guys and I Have not Yet forgot about any of you.
