Thanks everyone who has been recruiting to Valor! Especially some of our DHG members who have been recruiting to DHJ, its much appreciated! For all of those who don't know, there is a tournament on Modern Warfare Remastered coming on Saturday the 22nd! Its a 3v3 search and destroy tournament! so all you need to do is find a group of friends (have to be in the community), have 1 add DHG Tourney2, and it starts at 7 p.m. EST. Remember to go by the Code of Conduct in this Tournament, Have fun, and I hope to see you all there. (Still looking for a team so hmu!)
Yo peeps, If you all think 2 squads in a division is fine, then your crazy. We have the capability to create more divisions, all you gotta do is help. Quite honestly (easier said then done), all it requires to build a squad is people willing to help, recruiting, having fun, and some people with the potential to run a squad... if you wanna learn how to possibly run a squad in the future, than ask. I would appreciate if people would like to help me recruit tomorrow but that's your choice. Trying to get to know you guys a bit more, but some of you don't talk unless its at practice. I'm sorry I haven't been able to show up every night but its getting better ~Fusion

So, Valor seemed to be doing good to everyone with regulars at practice but still we have enough members in Valor to do more than one practice lobby. But then "oh hey Fusion, why did you get rid of inactives?" "Well you see when someone hasn't shown up to practice in awhile, they have no point being in DHJ." Then everyone seems to think that 41 members in Valor is enough people, now 31 because I cleaned inactives off, Then you got the other people talking about how our numbers are low and say they will try helping with that problem, but then they don't do anything. Least you could do is teach others how to recruit. I mean we are technically not a squad until we get to 65 members, so until you guys are going to actually help, then don't complain... We have pulled in 9 recruits this month and its almost April. That's not good at all. You guys wanna do fun activities, get more people in the squad, stop complaining. At this rate until we step up, bad things will happen to the squad. I to have problems with some nights I am unavailable to send messages due to a broken phone. I will not be on xbox from March 29th- April 5th. So I wont be in touch for 8 days . I am personally try to help recruit in Tuesday, if you guys would like to help. ~Fusion
